Full Day Clinics
Join us for a full day clinic to improve your riding and make some friends!
We will spend the morning together rotating through different skills stations, where we will review foundational knowledge like body positioning and proper braking techniques- even seasoned riders sometimes need reminders!
After lunch we will break into groups with coaches based on proficiency to apply our new skills on S Mountain. Typically we are on trails for about 3 hours. While we will not be riding nonstop- we will session features and offer feedback along the way- please come prepared for a full afternoon ride.
Less advanced riders can expect to ride 5ish miles on less technical trails like Rusty Lung, Burnpile, and Little Rattler. Intermediate riders can expect a ride of 7-8 miles focusing on rock features on trails like Frontside, Backbone, and Dream On.

This clinic is appropriate for strong beginner to intermediate riders. We will break into two groups based on proficiency.

Intro to MTB: Weekly Series
Are you excited to start mountain biking, but nervous or lacking confidence? Not sure which brakes to apply, when to shift, or just when to use that dropper? Or has someone told you to descend with your booty touching your rear tire and, well, that doesn't sound right but you're not sure why? Then this series is for you!
In this 4 week series, we will go over basic bike safety checks, air pressure, and foundational skills like body positioning, braking and shifting, climbing and descending, and making obstacles into features. Typically each session will begin with a skill session before moving onto the less intimidating trails on S Mountain.
While attendance at all 4 sessions is not required, it is strongly encouraged, as each week will build on the previous session. And you won't want to miss it.
