We loved the simplicity and clean look of Axle F so we made Axle R. Using a solid 7075-T6 rod rather than a hollow tube makes this the strongest possible rear axle design while still being lighter than a stock 12mm thru axle with integrated lever. If you already carry the EDC multitool with you, there's no need for the heavy integrated lever which can snag on trail-side obstacles. Add one of our coloured cap kits to match your Axle R to your bike. When mounting a wheel quickly and safely, the RWS system is untouchable. It combines the fast mounting of a conventional quick release with the force and safety of a fitting. Kit allows you to convert your Neo or Neo Ultimate hub. The thru-axle to QR kit includes two SealLock end caps and Stan's aluminum quick-release skewer. SealLock end caps feature a low-friction U-cup seal that snaps into place and stays secure even when your wheel is removed from your bike. The QR/thru-axle to bolt-on kit includes end caps, threaded axle, bolts and washers. Bolt-on axles are recommended to prevent slipping and wheel misalignment in frames with horizontal drop-outs. - Not compatible with Centerlock or Boost hubs

When top EWS Pro Riders ask you to develop a stiffer more durable fork axle, you listen. The stock 15mm axles and other lightweight aftermarket options were simply not tough enough for their race bikes. We don't quite ride at the pace of an EWS Pro, but we loved the simplicity and clean look of the axle so we made them available to buy. Axle F is 98% stronger and stiffer than a stock 15mm axle, yet still 20g lighter than a QR. We've replaced the QR lever with a simple 6mm hex. The translucent material shows you exactly where the tape makes contact. Trainer Caps allow thru-axle bikes to be used with most wind, magnetic or fluid cycling trainers.
