Q. What is your favorite local trail?
A. Frontside up - I love the hardness of pedaling, The Dude Abides/North Backbone/Rusty Lung - the best link up descent down.
Q. What is your favorite trail outside of Salida?
A. Syllamore Trails Green Trail. Great views, great tech features.
Q. What is your favorite post-ride food?
A. Black bean puree dip made from the following recipe:
3 tbsp butter, melted
1/3 white onion - cooked translucent
1 can black beans - added after onions cook. Bring to a boil. Blend. Season to taste. Enjoy.
